SJL200 Automatic Electronic Microporous Leak Detector for Infusion
1. Scope of Application: The SJL200 automatic electronic microporous leak detector is mainly used for leak detection of infusion bottles (including plastic and glass bottles). 2. Working Principle: Infusion bottles are sent to the left-end bottle feeding wheel via the bottle feeding track and the bottle feeding screw for equal spacing, and then transferred to the mechanical arm on the large turntable for clamping. After the mechanical arm clamps the bottle, it flips it up and down. The upper and lower parts of the container to be inspected reach different inspection stations to complete the leak detection of the container. After the infusion bottle is inspected, it is sent to the right-end bottle output wheel, and through the rejection mechanism, the qualified and unqualified products are output through separate tracks. The entire inspection process is thus completed. 3. Detection Principle: The size of the microcurrent is compared to determine whether the container is leaking. 4. RJL3000 Automatic Electronic Microporous Leak Detector for Soft Bags
1. Scope of Application: The RJL3000 automatic electronic microporous leak detector for soft bags is mainly used for leak detection of infusion bags. This includes the detection of defects such as micropores in the bag, bag sealing, bag mouth welding, and bag tube welding. 2. Working Principle: The infusion bags are transported by the in-bag conveyor belt, and the infusion bags to be inspected are evenly spaced in two rows before being sent to the right-end detection channel. The detection channel uses roller conveying and is divided into two detection channels, each with multiple detection workstations. Different positions can be detected according to customer requirements. Non-conforming products are removed by the pneumatic cylinder rejection mechanism, and conforming products are output from the right-end bag outlet track. The entire inspection process is completed. 3.
