Changsha to build a national intelligent manufacturing demonstration center
The Changsha Smart Manufacturing Summit, hosted by the Changsha Municipal Government, was held in Changsha on September 6, 2016. At the summit, representatives from China Electronics, Siemens (Germany), IBM (USA), Sany Group, and the Chinese Academy of Engineering delivered keynote speeches on smart manufacturing to over 700 attendees. Experts and scholars from enterprises, universities, and research institutes at home and abroad held technical discussions, negotiations, and exchanges on six sub-forums focusing on engineering machinery, intelligent motion, information security, new materials, 3D printing, and robotics. This summit strengthened the links in the smart manufacturing industry chain and will undoubtedly propel Changsha to the forefront of smart manufacturing. National industry standard for "Electronic Microporous Leak Detector for Injections" released
The national industry standard for "Electronic Microporous Leak Detector for Injections" (JB/T201702016) was officially promulgated and implemented by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on September 1, 2016. Hunan Zhengzhong Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. served as the drafting unit for this standard, which underwent three years of exploration, extensive solicitation of opinions, and multiple rounds of revisions before its approval. Joyful Anniversary
March 15th this year marks the tenth anniversary of Zhengzhong Pharmaceutical Machinery's transformation. On this special day, the company organized all employees in a celebratory activity themed "Riding the Spring Breeze, Journeying Farther." From afternoon to evening, everyone spent this wonderful and unforgettable time together, whether in the tug-of-war competition, full of encouragement and a refusal to be outdone; the Yuelu Mountain climbing competition, with everyone striving to reach the top; strolling along the scenic mountain paths; or at the dinner table, raising glasses in celebration under the twinkling lights.

National Pharmaceutical Machinery Autumn Expo "Zhengzhong" Exhibit Guide
In this season of crisp autumn air and fragrant sweet osmanthus, the 50th National Pharmaceutical Machinery Autumn Expo opened grandly in Wuhan. Our company exhibited a total of six new prototype machines in three categories. A brief introduction of the exhibited products is as follows: I. Foreign object detection equipment. There are four single-machine devices available, depending on the output, function, and user requirements: 1. JSSZ300Ⅱ type intravenous infusion foreign object automatic inspection machine: mainly completes foreign object and appearance defect detection; adapts to 50~500ml plastic large intravenous infusion bottles; output 300x(1±5%) bottles/min; the whole machine structure adopts full servo control, screw feeding, wheel discharging, robotic arm picking, bottle rotation, and swing mechanism for bottle separation. 2. JKZ400/25 type vial lyophilized product automatic inspection machine: mainly completes the appearance defect detection, lyophilization defect detection, and visible foreign object detection on the surface of lyophilized products in vials; adapts to 1~25ml vial lyophilized products, with an output of 400x(1±5%) bottles/min; the whole machine transmission structure adopts full servo control. 3. JAZ600/10 ampoule foreign object automatic inspection machine: adapts to ampoules of 1~10ml; single machine output 600x(1±5%) bottles/min; the whole machine transmission adopts servo drive; bottle feeding and discharging adopt unequal-pitch screw feeding and discharging. 4. ADJ1~20/300B oral liquid foreign object automatic inspection machine: adapts to 10~20ml oral liquid bottles, with an output of 400x(1±5%) bottles/min; the bottle feeding wheel has a cap crimping defect detection function, and unequal-pitch screw swing discharging; II. Leakage detection equipment. The newly developed RJL3000Ⅱ type intravenous infusion soft bag injection electronic leak detector is launched this time. It is mainly used for micro-hole leakage detection of large-volume intravenous infusion soft bag injections, adapting to specifications of 50~1000ml, with an output of 60x(1±5%) bags/min; the whole machine adopts full servo control and a robotic automatic feeding system. III. Comprehensive quality inspection equipment for foreign objects and micro-holes. JAYL400/1~20 type ampoule quality inspection machine (commonly known as ampoule integrated inspection machine), adapting to ampoules of 1~20ml, with an output of 400x(1±5%) bottles/min, the detection range includes ampoule internal foreign object detection, ampoule appearance detection, and micro-hole and crack leakage detection of ampoules. National Day basketball and badminton tournament concludes successfully
The "Hunan Zhengzhong National Day Basketball and Badminton Tournament" kicked off on September 15th at the company's newly completed sports field. The event lasted half a month and included men's basketball, men's badminton, and women's badminton. All company employees actively participated, with over 60 people registering. After multiple rounds of fierce competition, all matches concluded on September 29th. The men's basketball championship was won by Team 1 from the General Affairs department. Guan Hong from the warehousing department won the women's badminton championship, and Gao Zhu from the technology department won the men's badminton championship. This tournament, held amidst busy work, enriched employees' leisure lives, enhanced understanding and friendship between departments and employees, and showcased the spirit of Zhengzhong Pharmaceutical Machinery. It was extremely well-received.

AJL300 ampoule automatic electronic microporous leak detector
1. Scope of application: The AJL200 ampoule automatic electronic microporous leak detector is mainly used for leak detection of ampoules, vials, and oral liquid bottles. This includes the detection of cracks in the micropores, seals, body, and bottom of the bottles. 2. Working principle: The containers to be inspected are sent to the in-bottle dial wheel for equidistant separation via the in-bottle conveyor belt 1, and then transferred to the conveying screw for turning via the bottle-feeding twist path. After turning 90 degrees, the container becomes horizontal, and the container reaches different inspection stations during the movement. The inspection consists of multiple stations and can inspect different locations according to customer requirements. After inspection, the containers are passed through the rejection mechanism to output qualified and unqualified products separately, thus completing the entire inspection process. 3.
