Main Uses
The equipment is primarily used for detecting visible foreign objects and certain appearance defects in large-volume parenteral products packaged in glass bottles at pharmaceutical factories. Foreign object detection items include glass shards, hair, white particles, and more, while appearance inspection covers issues such as improper capping. Additionally, the leak-testing component performs comprehensive sealing tests on various areas of the container, including the bottle body, bottom, and neck.
How it works
Light Inspection Section: Utilizes machine vision principles to detect visible foreign objects and assess appearance.
Visible foreign object detection: The product being inspected is rapidly braked while spinning at high speed, while the liquid medicine inside the container continues to rotate rapidly due to inertia. At this moment, the machine vision system captures multiple images continuously, analyzes them, and determines whether the product meets quality standards.
Appearance defect detection: The product to be inspected is slowly rotated more than 360 degrees, and simultaneously, the machine vision system continuously captures and analyzes images to determine whether the product’s appearance meets quality standards.
Leak Detection Section: Employs the high-voltage discharge principle to perform sealing tests on containers.

Goods awaiting inspection → Screw-dividing bottle feeder → Bottle-feeding indexing turntable → Visual capping inspection → Foreign object detection → Light inspection bottle-discharging indexing turntable → Leak-testing screw mechanism → Pharmaceutical bottle leakage detection → Qualified and non-qualified products discharged separately
