Main Uses

Primarily used for detecting visible foreign particles (including glass shards, fibers, hair, white clumps, white spots, etc.) in ampoule injectables, as well as checking for liquid levels and leaks (such as micro-pores or cracks). It is also suitable for testing oral liquids and water-based injections in vials.

 

Detection Principle

This machine uses machine vision principles to detect visible foreign objects: the product being inspected is brought to a stop after high-speed rotation, and an industrial camera continuously captures images. These images are then analyzed by a computer system to determine whether the product meets quality standards. For leak detection, the machine employs a high-voltage discharge principle, automatically separating合格品 (qualified products) from 不合格品 (non-qualified products).

 

Process Flow

Goods awaiting inspection → Conveyor belt feeds bottles → Bottle-dividing screw aligns bottles → Bottle-guiding wheel sorts bottles → Bottle-pressing mechanism → Bottle-rotating unit → Braking system → Image capture → Image processing and analysis → Bottle-transition sorting by guiding wheel → Non-uniform screw divides bottles → Leak testing → Qualified and non-qualified products are separated via a guiding-wheel system
