Main Use
The equipment is mainly used for the detection of visible foreign objects and some appearance defects in water injection drugs such as pre-filled syringes in pharmaceutical factories. Foreign object detection items include glass chips, hair, and self-blocks, while appearance detection items include: defects in stoppers and cone-shaped caps.
Working Principle
It utilizes machine vision principles to detect visible foreign objects and appearance.
Visible foreign object detection: When the product being inspected is rapidly braked during high-speed rotation, the liquid inside the container continues to rotate at high speed due to inertia. At this time, the machine vision system continuously takes multiple images, and calculates and analyzes to determine whether the product is qualified.
Appearance defect detection: The product being inspected rotates slowly more than 360 degrees. Simultaneously with the rotation, the machine vision system continuously acquires and analyzes images to determine whether the product's appearance is qualified.
Process Flow
Items to be inspected → Screw feeding and bottle feeding → Edge and stopper bottom detection → 180° flip → Bottle feeding and pulling plate → Cone cap detection → Stopper side detection → Foreign object detection → Lamp inspection and bottle pulling plate → Bottle output screw → 180° flip → Qualified and unqualified products are output separately
