Main Use
The equipment is mainly used for the detection of visible foreign objects and some appearance defects in large-volume intravenous drug glass bottles in pharmaceutical factories. Foreign object detection items include glass chips, hair, white blocks, etc., and appearance inspection items include: poor capping, etc. The leak detection part performs full-coverage sealing detection on the container body, bottom, and neck.
Working Principle
Lamp inspection part: Uses machine vision principles to detect visible foreign objects and appearance.
Visible foreign object detection: When the product being inspected is rapidly braked during high-speed rotation, the medicinal liquid inside the container continues to rotate at high speed due to inertia. At this time, the machine vision system continuously takes multiple images and analyzes the calculation to determine whether the product is qualified.
Appearance defect detection: The product being inspected rotates slowly more than 360 degrees. During rotation, the machine vision system continuously acquires and analyzes images to determine whether the product appearance is qualified.
Leak detection part: Uses high-voltage discharge principle to detect the sealing of the container.
Process Flow
Items to be inspected → Screw feeding → Bottle feeding turntable → Appearance capping inspection → Foreign object inspection → Lamp inspection out bottle turntable → Leak detection screw → Medicine bottle leak detection → Qualified and unqualified products are discharged separately
