Main Use
Mainly used for the detection of visible foreign matter (including glass chips, fibers, hair, white blocks, white spots, etc.) in vials of water injections; it can also be used for defect detection of lyophilized powder in vials (including powder cake defects, powder cake height, capping, etc.).
Working Principle
This machine adopts the principle of machine vision. After the product being inspected rotates at high speed and then stops, the industrial camera continuously takes pictures to acquire images. After computer system analysis, it judges whether the inspected product is qualified and automatically separates qualified and unqualified products.
When detecting lyophilized powder, the inspected medicine rotates slowly and evenly, the camera tracks and takes pictures, continuously acquires images, and then performs image analysis to determine whether the inspected product is qualified and automatically rejects unqualified products.
Process Flow
Product to be inspected → Auger feeding → Bottle pressing and clamping → Bottle rotation → Braking → Photographing → Image processing and analysis → Bottle output → Separation of qualified and unqualified products
