JSZ200/500 Glass Bottle Large-Volume Injection Automatic Foreign Object Inspection Machine
Mainly engaged in the research and development of ceramic new material valves, with metal valves (gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, butterfly valves) as a secondary business. Ceramic valves have been successfully applied in many new energy battery material plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, chemical plants, steel plants, coal chemical industry, polysilicon and other industries, and have been listed as special-purpose products, contributing to energy conservation and environmental protection for enterprises and society.
Category
Automatic foreign object inspection machine for glass bottle intravenous infusions

Details
Main Use
Mainly used for automatic detection of foreign objects (including glass chips, metal chips, hair, fibers, white spots, white blocks, etc.), liquid levels, and capping defects in large-volume intravenous infusion glass bottles produced in pharmaceutical factories. It can also be used for foreign object detection in glass bottles of wine and beverages.
Main Structure and Working Principle
Includes a frame, bottle conveying track, turntable, bottle infeed device, bottle rotating mechanism, braking mechanism, servo tracking mechanism, detection mechanism, and bottle outfeed device.
Utilizes machine vision principles to automatically detect the presence of visible foreign objects in the liquid of glass bottle containers. Infusion bottles enter the infeed wheel via the bottle conveying track. The infeed wheel sends the containers to the turntable inspection area, and they rotate with the turntable. The bottle rotating mechanism makes the container rotate at high speed; when the container reaches the photoelectric detection area, the braking mechanism stops the container's rotation, while the liquid inside continues to rotate; multiple sets of high-speed industrial cameras continuously capture multiple frames of images of the liquid being inspected at different inspection stations at high speed; the industrial computer analyzes the captured multi-frame images to determine whether there are foreign objects in the inspected liquid and whether the liquid level meets the requirements; according to the judgment results, the outfeed device automatically rejects unqualified products.
Main Technical Parameters
1. Applicable range: 50-500mL glass bottles
2. Detection items: glass chips, metal chips, hair, fibers, liquid level, and capping defects.
3. Detection accuracy: ≥40μm
4. Detection speed: 200-300 bottles/minute (±5%)
5. Power capacity: 6.5kW, AV 380V, 50 Hz
6. Workbench height: 900mm
7. External dimensions (excluding track): 2360mm×1870mm×2000mm (length×width×height)
Main Features
1. Adopts multiple patented technologies (see "Patented Technologies" under "Manufacturing and Quality" on the company website)
2. Strong applicability, meeting the production of products with different specifications from 50-500mL.
3. Adjustable detection accuracy, meeting the production requirements of different drugs.
4. Adopts an advanced servo tracking system to ensure that the acquired images are complete and accurate, improving detection accuracy.
5. Uses high-resolution industrial cameras, with strong visibility of visible foreign objects, and detection accuracy far exceeding manual lamp inspection.
6. Can store inspection data for a certain period of time and has a printing interface. Process parameters are traceable and meet GMP requirements.
7. Adopts advanced servo systems, photoelectric control, image processing, and industrial computers. The detection software is independently developed by the company, with a high degree of intelligence.
8. Adopts the KNAPP testing procedure recognized by the European Pharmacopoeia and the US FDA, making the detection results verifiable.
