Main Use
Mainly used for the appearance inspection of ampoule injection liquid heads, including the detection of defects such as burnt heads, carbonization, black spots, bubble heads, and cracks.
Working Principle
This machine adopts machine vision principles. Ampoules enter the auger via a conveyor belt, and are fed into the in-bottle dial wheel by the auger. In the in-bottle dial wheel, the ampoule remains stationary relative to the dial wheel. Simultaneously, the ampoule inspection area is illuminated, and an industrial camera continuously takes photos of the ampoule to acquire images. The industrial computer analyzes the images to determine whether the inspected ampoule has defects such as burnt heads, carbonization, black spots, bubble heads, and cracks. After passing through the out-bottle dial wheel and the out-bottle auger, defective products are automatically rejected by the rejection device.
