Automatic foreign object inspection machine for ADJ10-20/300 and ADJ10-20/400 oral liquids
Mainly engaged in the research and development of ceramic new material valves, with metal valves (gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, butterfly valves) as a secondary business. Ceramic valves have been successfully applied in many new energy battery material plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, chemical plants, steel plants, coal chemical industry, polysilicon and other industries, and have been listed as special-purpose products, contributing to energy conservation and environmental protection for enterprises and society.
Category
Automatic inspection machine for oral liquid foreign objects

Details
Main Use
Mainly used for automatic detection of visible foreign objects (glass chips, metal chips, fibers, hair, white spots, white blocks, etc.) and liquid levels in oral liquids. It can also be used to detect visible foreign objects in ampoules and water injections.
Working Principle
It uses machine vision principles to identify and detect visible foreign objects. When the product being inspected rotates at high speed, it is stopped and fixed, and the industrial camera continuously takes multiple images. After the computer system analyzes and compares these images, it determines whether the inspected product is qualified and automatically distinguishes between qualified and unqualified products.
Process Flow
Product to be inspected → Bottle entry → Photoelectric detection area → Bottle rotation → Braking → Photographing → The bottle separator distinguishes qualified and unqualified products according to software instructions → Qualified and unqualified products are discharged separately.
Main Technical Parameters
Applicable range: 10-20ml oral liquids, ampoules, water injections, etc.
Inspection items: Visible foreign objects (glass chips, metal chips, fibers, hair, white spots, white blocks), liquid level, cap sealing quality
Inspection speed: ADJ10-20/300B 300 bottles/minute (1±5%) ADJ10-20/400B 400 bottles/minute (1±5%)
Detection accuracy: ≥40μm (adjustable)
Power capacity: 5.5kW
Voltage: AC380V 50Hz
Worktable height: 900mm
