KLJ300 vial vacuum detector
Mainly engaged in the research and development of ceramic new material valves, with metal valves (gate valves, globe valves, ball valves, butterfly valves) as a secondary business. Ceramic valves have been successfully applied in many new energy battery material plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants, chemical plants, steel plants, coal chemical industry, polysilicon and other industries, and have been listed as special-purpose products, contributing to energy conservation and environmental protection for enterprises and society.
Category
Vacuum leak detector for vials

Details
Main Use
Mainly used for the airtightness testing of vials of freeze-dried preparations and powder injections, mainly testing whether the content of oxygen and moisture in the headspace of the container meets the standards.
Working Principle
As shown in Figure 1: The product to be tested is transported to the in-bottle indexing wheel (2) via the in-bottle conveyor belt (1); the in-bottle indexing wheel (2) sends the product to the detection indexing wheel (4); the detection indexing wheel passes through two laser detection devices (3) during the product transportation process, and the laser detection device detects the headspace oxygen and moisture content in the container. By analyzing and calculating the detection data, it is determined whether it is qualified. According to the judgment result of the laser detection device, an instruction is issued to allow qualified products to pass through the out-bottle indexing wheel (5) and defective products to pass through the out-bottle indexing wheel (6) into different collection trays.

Detection Principle
-
The laser absorption spectroscopy principle is used to detect the headspace oxygen and moisture content of the product to determine whether the product is qualified.
-
Two laser diodes emit lasers with wavelengths matching the absorption wavelengths of the molecules to be measured (oxygen and water), allowing them to pass through the headspace of the container to the detector. The system obtains the measurement results through precise adjustment, calculation, and signal processing technology, compares the measurement results with the qualified standards, and determines whether the product is qualified (see Figure 2).
