Main uses
The vacuum attenuation leak detector is mainly used for tightness detection of solid and liquid sealed packaging. Packaging containers suitable for transparent and opaque materials.

Structural Principle
This machine is mainly composed of bottle feeding mechanism, turntable inspection area, bottle discharging mechanism, bottle dividing mechanism, frame, control operating system and other parts.
The packaging container to be tested is delivered to the test chamber in the turntable inspection area. The machine seals the test chamber and evacuates it. The pressure difference between the inside and outside of the packaging container to be tested causes the gas inside to enter the test chamber through the leak hole, which is connected to the pressure difference in the test chamber. The sensor detects the change in pressure and compares the pressure value with the pressure value of the non-leakage packaging container connected to the other end of the differential pressure sensor. The value of the differential pressure sensor is used to determine whether the packaging container is leaking. Finally, the bottle picking device automatically distinguishes qualified products from unqualified products.

work process

The workflow is summarized as follows: packaging container to be tested → bottle entry track → bottle entry auger → bottle entry dial → turntable inspection area → vacuum attenuation leak detection → bottle outlet dial → bottle outlet auger → bottle divider according to computer instructions Distinguish qualified products and unqualified products → Qualified products and unqualified products enter the corresponding bottle discharging track respectively.
