Applications:

BXSZ 1 / 2 0 linkage set consists of a QCL series vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine, A SZA series airflow sterilizing &drying machine and a DGF (or DGA) series filling &sealing machine. It can be carry out the ampoule processing procedures such as ultrasonic cleaning machine, sterilizing ,drying, filling, and sealing ,etc. it can be used for the production of 1to 20 ml ampoules.

The processing procedures show as follows:

Water spraying→ ultrasonic washing → external rinse→ first circulating water rinse → second circulating water rinse→ first compressed air blowing → rinse fresh water → second compressed air blowing→ third compression air blowing→ air blowing →preheating→ sterilizing →cooling → bottle in-feed through screw conveyor → pre nitrogen flushing →filling →after nitrogen flushing→preheating →sealing→bottle out-feed and counting.
