National Pharmaceutical Machinery Autumn Expo "Zhengzhong" Exhibit Guide


In this season of crisp autumn air and fragrant sweet osmanthus, the 50th National Pharmaceutical Machinery Autumn Expo opened grandly in Wuhan. Our company exhibited a total of six new prototype machines in three categories. A brief introduction of the exhibited products is as follows: I. Foreign object detection equipment. There are four single-machine devices available, depending on the output, function, and user requirements: 1. JSSZ300Ⅱ type intravenous infusion foreign object automatic inspection machine: mainly completes foreign object and appearance defect detection; adapts to 50~500ml plastic large intravenous infusion bottles; output 300x(1±5%) bottles/min; the whole machine structure adopts full servo control, screw feeding, wheel discharging, robotic arm picking, bottle rotation, and swing mechanism for bottle separation. 2. JKZ400/25 type vial lyophilized product automatic inspection machine: mainly completes the appearance defect detection, lyophilization defect detection, and visible foreign object detection on the surface of lyophilized products in vials; adapts to 1~25ml vial lyophilized products, with an output of 400x(1±5%) bottles/min; the whole machine transmission structure adopts full servo control. 3. JAZ600/10 ampoule foreign object automatic inspection machine: adapts to ampoules of 1~10ml; single machine output 600x(1±5%) bottles/min; the whole machine transmission adopts servo drive; bottle feeding and discharging adopt unequal-pitch screw feeding and discharging. 4. ADJ1~20/300B oral liquid foreign object automatic inspection machine: adapts to 10~20ml oral liquid bottles, with an output of 400x(1±5%) bottles/min; the bottle feeding wheel has a cap crimping defect detection function, and unequal-pitch screw swing discharging; II. Leakage detection equipment. The newly developed RJL3000Ⅱ type intravenous infusion soft bag injection electronic leak detector is launched this time. It is mainly used for micro-hole leakage detection of large-volume intravenous infusion soft bag injections, adapting to specifications of 50~1000ml, with an output of 60x(1±5%) bags/min; the whole machine adopts full servo control and a robotic automatic feeding system. III. Comprehensive quality inspection equipment for foreign objects and micro-holes. JAYL400/1~20 type ampoule quality inspection machine (commonly known as ampoule integrated inspection machine), adapting to ampoules of 1~20ml, with an output of 400x(1±5%) bottles/min, the detection range includes ampoule internal foreign object detection, ampoule appearance detection, and micro-hole and crack leakage detection of ampoules. RJL3000 Automatic Electronic Microporous Leak Detector for Soft Bags


1. Scope of Application: The RJL3000 automatic electronic microporous leak detector for soft bags is mainly used for leak detection of infusion bags. This includes the detection of defects such as micropores in the bag, bag sealing, bag mouth welding, and bag tube welding. 2. Working Principle: The infusion bags are transported by the in-bag conveyor belt, and the infusion bags to be inspected are evenly spaced in two rows before being sent to the right-end detection channel. The detection channel uses roller conveying and is divided into two detection channels, each with multiple detection workstations. Different positions can be detected according to customer requirements. Non-conforming products are removed by the pneumatic cylinder rejection mechanism, and conforming products are output from the right-end bag outlet track. The entire inspection process is completed. 3. Main Technical Parameters: Output: 2500~3000 bags/hour Power capacity: 2.6kW, 380V 50Hz Power output range: 10kV~45kV Frequency output range: 500Hz~50kHz Number of power supplies: Multiple Weight: Approximately 1200kg Dimensions: 4489mm×1200mm×1500mm (L×W×H) Main Advantages: 1) No risk of secondary contamination of drugs. Because no liquid such as dye is used, problems such as drug contamination are eliminated. 2) Can detect ultra-fine micropores and cracks (above 0.5 microns), with high leak detection accuracy, which has leak detection accuracy that traditional leak detection methods do not have; 3) Full inspection. Fully automatic, fully online individual leak detection. It can be used as a stand-alone machine or connected to production to form a complete automatic assembly line operation. 4) Because the energy loaded on the product is low and the time is short, it has no side effects on the liquid in the product; non-destructive testing of the container is realized. 5) Strong versatility of a single machine. One device is suitable for leak detection of various packaging containers, such as ampoules, vials, and oral liquid bottles, which can be leak-detected on one device. 6) Special needs. The key parts of the container can be detected according to the different requirements of the user. 7) Modular design. The machine structure is compact, the appearance is beautiful, the standard parts adopt a modular design, and the quick-release structure makes daily maintenance simple, and the overall failure rate is extremely low. 8) Advanced control. User-friendly touch screen interface with powerful control, display, and data acquisition functions. 9) Provide a complete set of verification materials and verification schemes.
