BXKZ2/20 VIAL WASHING, STERILIZING, FILLING AND STOPPERING COMPACT LINE
Applications:
The unit consists of QCL series vertical ultrasonic cleaning machine, SZA series airflow sterilizing & drying machine and DGZ series filling and stoppering machine．It carry out the processing procedures for the production of antibiotic vial such as ultrasonic cleaning, drying, sterilizing, filling and capping，etc. It is suitable to produce 1-20m1 vials
The processing procedures show as follows:
Water spraying→ ultrasonic washing → external rinse→ first circulating water rinse → first compressed air blowing →first rinse fresh water → second compressed air blowing → second rinse fresh water → third compression air blowing→ air blowing → sterilization → cooling → filling → capping → counting.
