On October 10, 2023, during the association's 7th bi-annual chairman's meeting, Chairman Tang Yue led the attendees on a visit to Hunan Zhengzhong Pharmaceutical Machinery Co., Ltd. ("Zhengzhong Pharmaceutical Machinery"), a member unit of the association. Du Xiaopeng, Chairman of Zhengzhong Pharmaceutical Machinery, personally received the members of the chairman's meeting.
Zhengzhong Pharmaceutical Machinery is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of pharmaceutical testing equipment. It mainly provides pharmaceutical companies with a series of online testing products such as automatic visual inspection machines and automatic leak detection machines, boasting a 50-year history in pharmaceutical machinery. The company has experienced numerous institutional reforms and product transformations, experiencing both high points and low points, but its commitment to the pharmaceutical machinery industry and its dedication to research and exploration have never wavered.
In 2008, it successfully developed China's first automatic ampoule visual inspection machine, breaking the foreign monopoly. In 2013, it successfully launched China's first automatic ampoule electronic leak detector. With the continuous improvement and expansion of its testing technology products, it has formed two major series of products: automatic visual inspection machines and automatic leak detection machines, widely used in the online detection of foreign objects and appearance defects in the production of ampoules, oral liquids, penicillin bottles, large-volume injection glass bottles, large-volume injection plastic bottles, large-volume injection soft bags, pre-filled syringes, and BSF products, as well as the airtightness testing of packaging.
This veteran in the pharmaceutical machinery industry is running on the new track of pharmaceutical testing equipment. Relying on the high automation control, high accuracy, high efficiency production, and zero-pollution technology advantages of its self-owned intellectual property products, it has once again attracted market attention. It now has thousands of testing users and an annual output value exceeding 100 million yuan.
In recent years, as a specialized, refined, and new enterprise in Hunan Province, a small giant enterprise in Changsha City, and a provincial-level enterprise technology center enterprise, Zhengzhong Pharmaceutical Machinery has emphasized technological research and development, consistently persisted in product research and development, recruited professionals in various testing technologies, and continuously increased R&D investment, with an average annual R&D investment ratio exceeding 13%. Several research projects have been approved and accepted by the National Ministry of Science and Technology, provincial major projects, and municipal key scientific and technological projects. It has participated in drafting and formulating two national industry standards for pharmaceutical testing equipment, completing more than 10 technological innovation and major improvement projects annually, and accumulating more than 200 invention patent achievements for its testing products.
During the visit, it was easy to see that Zhengzhong has a very clean factory, employees with positive spirits, and a relatively complete 6S management system, which is very worthy of learning for all enterprises.
In the subsequent symposium, the attending leaders gave high praise to Zhengzhong Pharmaceutical Machinery's on-site management and the cleanliness of the processing workshop, believing that Zhengzhong has a humble spirit and has specialized in a single technology, which is very instructive.
Finally, Tang Yue, Chairman of the Association and Chairman and President of Chutian Technology Co., Ltd., offered suggestions and expectations for Zhengzhong Pharmaceutical Machinery, hoping that it would participate more in various activities organized by the association, learn more, and strive to grow stronger. With an output value exceeding 100 million yuan, the hope is that it will soon exceed 200 million and 300 million yuan, and strive to become another listed company in the pharmaceutical machinery industry.
